Oil For Elan Sprint

I am changing the Gearbox & Diff Oil for the 1st time. What spec oil do people use as the manual is rather vague. I want to use Castrol, as Halfords has a vast supply so my options are:
EP 80 W - which is 4 GL
EP 80 W 90 - 4 GL multigrade
EPX 80 W 90 which is 5 GL multigrade.
