Well, my head is ready to go back onto the bottom end this weekend after going to Paul Exon for new bronze guides. Chris from this forum has been very generous in re shimming the valves for me and I have now learned a new 'black art'
Paul took a 4 thou skim of the head as well so hopefully....this time... it's good to go
QED recommended an Ajusa gasket which I obtained from them some months ago now. Simple question - plain and dry or Wellseal with this gasket?
...hopefully back on the road by the end of the months, this time I hope for good
Cheers
