It was a standard ford camshaft for the 1500 block engines. I suspect Lotus and Ford did not worry which one they used. When Ford moved to only using 1600 block engines and Lotus was the last of the 1500 block users then I suspect Ford put a standard 1600 block cam in as the jackshaft

I've seen jackshafts with both 116e (Cortina GT) or 109e (which were fitted to "normal" engines from Anglias with pre crossflow engines up to 1600 xflow found in mk2 cortinas and early mk1 escorts) on them so as Rohan says they didn't seem to be bothered which ones they used - I suppose they used whatever was available!

Selling a jackshaft to be used as a camshaft isn't really going to work - a jackshaft has four oil pumping grooves in the front bearing, whereas a proper camshaft only has the one.
I doubt you will ever get anyone who wants a GT camshaft to fit one with the four grooves to a pre xflow engine.
