Flywheel

Hi all....anyone got or can give me the
drawing of the holes and dowel postions for a 6 bolt flywheel...i have a 6 bolt flywheel but no dowel holes on it.

I would decide what clutch cover I am going to use and then dowel accordingly.

I am running a Sierra clutch as it goes with the Sierra box.

Just remember to get the doweling and trial build done before balancing.

Or better yet get it done by the shop that does the balancing.

Six bolt flywheels did not use a dowel pin as standard and had no hole for one. Some (all?) standard six bolt cranks had a hole for a single dowel but it was not fitted.

If your crank does not have dowel hole(s) I personally would not worry about fitting them. If it does then I would base it on the crank itself with a press fitted item like this as like they say "dimensions may vary"

As Rohan said, don't worry about it. Simply mark crank/flywheel for correct position after balancing.
