Temperature Capillary sensor

Anyone know if these are available or do I have to look at some other means of temperature measurement. i have a dual gauge (oil pressure/water temperature)

Yes, they are available. You have options - one is to repair the one you have, and this write-up can help.http://www.ply33.com/Repair/tempgauge

Another choice is to send it off for repair, recalibration, what-have-you. Nisonger Instruments or Gaugeguys will do that for you. I've used both - they are both good in my opinion. They could also supply you with a new gauge if you choose.
