PostPost by: john.p.clegg » Mon Jun 17, 2013 1:06 pm

Dear All

Just picked up a spare flywheel (going to be dong some machining) and noticed that it doesn't have the indexing hole (to align with the pin on the crankshaft),do I have something extra rare :D :D can I now stop buying my lottery tickets :D :D But seriously can anyone shed any light on this ? is it an early one?

Thanks
John

Mine has no dowel hole either and I thought that was normal. I'm sure I've seen it mentioned somewhere but can't find it now.

Found it....lotus-twincam-f39/flywheel-allignment-t24644.html?hilit=flywheel%20dowel#p158614
