spark plugs

I was told to use NGK BPR7ES spark plugs in my TC. One supplier lists two one is BPR7ES and the other BPR7ES-11. They are 1.95 and 2.39 dollars each. What is the difference and will either work in a TC?

Bob
I use BP6ES they are regarded at a better choice for the twin cam.
They are slightly hotter and helps the plugs stay cleaner.

I have determined that the -11 (or XI) is for iridium plugs. I ordered the BPR7ES and when they are do for replacement I will try the BP6ES. Thank you for the advice.

Bob,
The 11 at the end of the spark plug part number is for a specific electrode gap, in this case .044". http://tech.mirage-performance.com/sparkplugs.html
The correct number for an NGK Iridium plug is BPR7EIX.
I am presently giving the BPR6EIX a try. They certainly stay cleaner and the "missing' when starting from cold is greatly reduced.
Regards,
Colin.

Clive/Colin. Do you still run the same gaps on the 6 as the 7. I've just got some to try. What gap are you using?
Thanks.
