S1 vacuum actuators

Does anyone know if both the left and right vac actuators on an S1 are the same?
Or do they have different mountings?

thanks Gary I was wondering about the bottom mounting, I can always block off the spare vac input

Rod - you can use them either side if you block off spare outlet. The only thing is that the outlets do end up pointing in an inconvenient direction.

I just reinstalled the actuators on my S3. All are pre- fail-safe, so the same according to the parts book.

I remember there being another 1/4" mount that goes horizontally through the inner wing (fender) which is another handed aspect of the vac pod, besides the vac line locations and number of them.

There was one on ebay but I was just beaten and matty havent got any for at least another month so I guess Ill just have to use my spare LH one and change it when I can find the RH one
