Cam timing marks.

Hi All
Having recently refitted the head after having the valve seats replaced for unleaded use as part od the monumental overhaul, I just cant get the timing marks to 100% align.
With the stated chain "play" betweem the cam gears I always get one mark about 5 degrees out.
Is this a within tolerance spec or maybe a worn timing gear chain that needs replacment.
all help appreciated as its easier to sort before the bodyshell goes back on next week after painting
Thanks
Dave

I was about to link to the same thread Roger!
Dave - As Rohan suggested, my cam timing was one tooth out and I managed to get it spot-on by using the method mentioned by Ed about using the grips to move the inlet cam to line up properly. But as also said, the marks don't always line up exactly...
Cheers
