Cylinder Head torque settings

I've just replaced the head gasket on my +2S 130/5. Not done this job on a Lotus before, but on less sophisticated all-iron engines I would torque it down, run the engine up to temperature then re-torque the head bolts again. What is the recommended procedure for the twin cam please. So far I have torqued the head bolts to 60 ft lbs and briefly started the engine (Oh, I did not fit new head bolts, should I have done so and if so, is it too late to replace them one at a time now, the engine has been started, but only for a few moments)

No need to routinely replace the head bolts so provided they were in good condition they should be ok

Having run the engine until warm and adjusted the ignition timing and checked for leaks and done the initial bedding procedure of the rings for 100 km I then retorque the head bolts when the engine is cold. If they dont move at the normal torque when retorquing I slacken them a fraction and then tighten again one at a time.

I would normally check again after about 500 km's on a road engine when i change the oil. On a race engine I would check after each meeting until the head bolts stop moving which can take a couple of meetings
