Rev Counter on a Plus 2 not working

Hi Peter
could be a number of things. Does the needle kick or move at all when the ignition is switch on? If it is an RV1/**** ( usually number on front dial) with a current loop ( lead from the ignition switch to the coil SW terminal goes via the tacho) then you could try reversing the direction of the lead. with an external current loop you can wind the lead through the other way with an internal loop you need to swop the connections. Do you have electronic ignition? some types do not work well with the current loop tacho
