Engine out- what should I do prophylactically

Hi Everyone,
I needed to pull the engine to fix my clutch.
While it is out
I will probably switch to an alternator (and switch to negative ground)
I will install a new starter
the engine mounts only have 5K miles on them, should I replace them just to be safe?
Anything else I should do to avoid future problems?

Check the clearance between chassis and exhaust manifold.
Much easier to trim the chassis with engine removed.
(just remember to mark the area before taking the engine out)
Also check fuel line running in the chassis as might be easier to replace with engine out.
Check fibreglass where the pedals/master cylinders/handbrake bolt on as it weakens over time.
Anything in the nose cone such as vac pods , servo etc.
