I use Bosch W7DC as they have a suitable heat range for normal road use with a very standard engine specification. I like the Bosch plugs because the thread form is very smooth and unlikely to damage the cylinder head. You have not said anything about the state of tune of your engine. That and your intended usage will greatly influence the proper choice of heat range.
