Cam Cover Paint ,,,,,,,,,,,again!

Just searched the archives and the concensus seems to be Hycote/Sperex "wrinkle finish" in red. Just spoke to a Sperex dealer and he said the red has not been produced for 10 years He also added that although he can supply it in black these paints are not designed for temps above 70c and said engine bay use is a no no.
I'm stuck now, cam cover has been beautifully vapour blasted and I'm struggling to find a nice authentic red finish for it...............or do I just take it to be powder coated?
Cheers,
Kenny
