Wiring Question

Hi All, I just bought my first Elan +2 This is a Federal S130 from 1971. The VIN number is 500022N. I do not have a wiring diagram yet. In learning the car I have discovered a missing switch or control. Next to the shifter on the console is a group of 5 wires sticking out of the console. They look like they go into a harness, not installed by a previous owner. Any suggestions on what they do would be appreciated. Thanks, Mike McMillan.
P.S. If I had all the money I've spent on cars, I'd spend it on cars.

Could be the wiring for the hazard light switch. Is this switch in place? And/or is it functional? On the Sprint Federal, the hazard light switch is located on the bottom center of the dashboard (facia) and has five wires connected to it.
You need a wiring diagram for that model to identify the wires.

I have another wiring question
Does anyone have the actual circuit diagram for the windshield wipers? I'm rewiring my dash and lost the pinout list for the wiper switch.
I'd like the actual circuit diagram to make sure my replacement switch has the proper circuit switching.
Thanks,
Tony
