Philips Spyder Turnolock Radio

Hi,
Does anybody have a photo of the speaker plug for a Philips Spyder Turnolock Radio, I had thought it was a standard 2 pin DIN plug but it looks like it two flat pins in a "T" configuration? I am looking for a replacement plug.

I believe they were a proprietary connector, not a very good quality one imho : since you still have the 2 blades you're better off soldering a wire from there and making an isolated little handle (with heat shrink layers or self vulcanizing rubber) at the junction to manipulate them...

Hi Carl,
As above, you may be able to create a plug with the original blades and some way of moulding a holder round them.
I could not find an original plug but I found that the smallest type of crimp pin connectors fit perfectly.
if you know someone who works on industrial electronics it will save you having to buy a bag of 100 of them! from RS Components or similar. Unfortunately I have none left.

I have some modern female connectors I use on various projects.
The distance from centre of vertical connector to bottom horizontal is about 8mm.
They are not 90 degree ones but you are very welcome to try one.
I am at Castle Combe today. I have popped one in my pocket just
in case you or a mate are attending.
I will be the Red van at the autojumble.
