Chasing missing volts!

Somehow the voltage coming out of the ignition switch on my Plus 2 was very low 9.7volts in fact even though the battery output was up to 12.4. Chased around trying to find where they had gone, eventually I found the answer and this was in the centre fuse box. There is a copper bar inside linking the fuse supply terminal to the other terminals thus providing voltage to various circuits. The rivets holding the bar were loose and after tightening these up (with a hammer) problem solved.
