Removing anti-theft switch

Many thanks to all who helped me to find the right diagram for my early 1969 Elan Plus2 (50/1510).
I want to remove the anti-theft switch. It has a red/green to ignition switch a red/green to the tach and a purple/black to the horn.
I think you simply connect the red/greens together this then feeds the coil through the tach and just isolate or take out the purple/black to the horn.
Any problems with this? Other suggestions gratefully received.
