Under speedo switch

Hi, under my speedo of my s4 theres the trip distance reset knob, but what's the adjacent switch for under the speedo next to this knob?

Is it the same slide switch as in the one in the glovebox? If so it’s a hazard light switch

It is. Will give it a go when electrics back on. ...... engine out at mo.
