Speedo S3

I have a doubt about the exact model of the Km/h speedometer corresponding to my Elan S3-1967. On the bottom of this one, there is only one light (indicators)! On the other hand, the electrical diagram indicates 3 (Hi Beam tell tale on the left, ignition switch in the middle, ignition tell tale on the right!
I would like to know the corresponding instrument model.
Who can help me with photos and precise indications?

as you'll find out when clicking on the link I posted in your previous thread on the same topic, the part number of the kph speedo for S1-S3 elans is 6136 01A (620 turns per km) - single light I believe :

Thank you for sharing and honouring the photo, but on the tacho for the S3 does it only have a warning light? - I would also like to know the reference indicated under the needle and why not a photo!
I am demanding but to know and opt for the correct assembly has my desire

Hi Geni
My 67 S3 has these lamps.
Tachometer
Ignition (red) at 4 o`clock
High beam (green) at 7 o`clock.

Speedo
Indicators (green) at 6 o`clock
