Dash so car Type,Year and Model

Hello Does anybody with Knowledge in this subject of Identifying the Attached picture,what type ,Year and Model the Elan is? I couldn't find the appreciate subject Thank You Daniel Eady

The picture shows a Lotus Elan Series 1 or Elan 1600. Judging by what appears to be a glove box door, I would think mid-1964 with a vin no. in the 36nn-38nn range. If you could post the vin that would confirm it. If it has no glove box door, just a cubby then earlier. But definitely a S1.

It may be the one.
Looks like it is that famous Monsieur Rochas Elan driven by John Webb winning the "Rochas Historic Sports Car Championship" for historic GT cars in 1976...
