Rear Lights

I am converting a LHD S4 Elan to RHD and one thing I have discovered is that the USA type rear light lens covers are different to UK ones. They don't have the amber coloured lens colour for indicators. Can I just fit new lens covers or are the light units different as well i.e. reversing lights, etc?

The tailight with the amber color lense has an additional bulb for indicators. The single lense cover uses the taillight unit with the single, dual filiment bulb to do the same thing. So, yes, the tailight units are different.
