Connecting distributor LT wire to the coil - which terminal?

PostPost by: Steve S2 » Sun Jul 01, 2012 6:13 pm

Hi,

Been having some ignition fun and games and in the process have disconnected the wires going to/from the coil. Annoyingly I've lost the little diagram that I drew. Please can someone confirm that the LT wire that comes from the distributor connects to the -ve terminal on the coil?

My car is a '72 Plus 2 S/130 and is negative earth.

Thanks

Steve

For clarity; positive wire comes from the ignition switch.
