Late S4 horn push

I've got a steering wheel with the Europa style horn push, which doesn't actually push but rather rolls around to make the contacts. Shown in the pic are the two styles of the center part of the larger horn pusher I found. It's what is removed to gain access to the nut.
The one on the left (both pics) is what is on my steering wheel now and the one on the right is what I recently found in my cache. Compared to the one on the right, the one on the left looks like it's missing some sort of insert that goes under the logo and maybe should look like the one on the right, with the many fine lines radiating from the center. Or, is the one on the right more common to +2s, or Europa's or, ......
What say the experts? Thanks
