Rear Lights

Hi
I have a question. Are the rear lights on a +2 the same as baby elan. The only difference I can see is that on the baby the indicators are on the bottom and on the +2 there on the top. Are they just the same ones reversed left to right.
regards
Dave

Dave,
I think the S4/Sprint/+2/Europa rear lights are all the same, my Europa TCS also has the indicators at the top and my Sprint at the bottom, I'm sure they are just fitted to the opposite way round.
Brian.

Yes, previous comment is correct, they are from the Jaguar E-type series 4. Supplies form Lotus sources have all but dried up, the other day I was searching the Jag suppliers, but drew a blank there also.
There is an Alfa GTV light which looks something like the same shape, but the lenses are all over the place.
Cheers,
Pete

Holdens in the UK has S4 lenses listed in their catalog. These are the Euro style with amber turn signal lenses.

Pete,
I've heard this before (Jag fitment) but isn't there an issue, something to do with the reverse light (different lens?)
Brian.

I'm told vauxhall victor lights are utterly impossible to find; I live in fear of a rear ender. I have thought of trying to cast some replacement lenses just in case..& I did see an original chrome surround on e-bay six weeks ago.

Phil,
I can't find them on the current Holden on-line catalogue, I know they used to be there for ?120ish, each, just the lens not including the base!!!
Brian,
I thought that they were the same lens as the Jag, but different from the Alfa, which has a red reflector where the clear reversing lens should be..... I think!
