Cheapest I've found is from Luke Motorsport - http://www.lukemotorsport.co.uk. Usual disclaimer - no connection other than they're just down the road, really helpful and my starter motor and alternator from them are still working

Is it the fan you need or has the motor packed up? The motors are very easy to replace as they are used extensively on heaters on a number of cars (smiths and delco). Also the motors are fairly easy to strip down and inspect and if the winding are not burnt out ( which they usually are not) can usually be repaired by a DIY approach.
