Hi
I believe there has been a change regarding the use of LED's as far as older cars is concerned.

Ive used classiccarleds,co.uk (no connection) and I do have much nrighter headlights as a result. A bit of fiddling is required to get the right beam patterns which is made a little more difficult by having pop up headlamps. I've chosen warm white bulbs and they are supplied with optional yellow filters - I did use them but probably wouldn't if I were to do it again.
The only downside I've found is that they do interfere with the radio. Driving at night the choice of stations is reduced to the most powerful.
