The factory parts manual shows the same wiper motor part number for all Elan's from S4 onwards, but a couple of different numbers for S1 - S3
Most Elan's seem to have wipers parking on the right side for both RHD and LHD cars.
There are however cars in both the USA and UK where the wipers are parked on the left, so its a little confusing.
I was always taught that it is more usual for wipers to park on the same side as the steering wheel, the reason being that the first sweep cleared the screen immediately in front of the driver.

I have a 69 LHD S4 with the parking on the left and a local S4 has them parked on the right. Either works, but parking on the left seems the better option as it clears more of the windscreen in front of the driver.

On my Sprint wipers park on Driver's side.
I think in Switzerland they must park on Driver's side.

Not sure if you have any Lotus companies on your side, but here in the UK we have people like Sue Miller, SJS, Clive Green at the Lotus factory Spares who will be able to supply.
One thought is that where you are there are lots of LHD cars that will have parts you can use, so here are one or two tips to remember,
1. The arms themselves need to have a cranked end rather than being straight
2..There were different length arms and blades used on the different models, so it depends which you have, an S1-
S2, an S3 or an S4/Sprint
3. If you tell us which model; you have I am sure someone on here will be able to tell you what is fitted to your car
4. You can also try the local auto parts supplier once you know the sizes you need, or at least they may be able to look at their catalogues to find out
