S3 wiring loom route

My S3 had it's wiring loom replaced and I see where it takes the left to right route is in front of the
backboard, ie, interior side, which makes for a crowded intersection of backboard, jute, carpet, etc. and it was a bit
lumpy in the area. I'll work on getting to the rear (boot side) of the backboard, but I was wondering
what the oem route is?

Are you talking about the front bonnet area or the boot?
What is the picture supposed to show.

That's the boot showing the wiring loom on the forward side of the 'L' piece that is riveted to the tunnel
floor and the big curved backboard is also riveted to it. I ended up moving the loom to the rear of the
'L' piece which makes for a cleaner, neater area where the big curved backboard meets the tunnel,
