S3 window switch wiring

I just picked up 45/7286 S3 dhc and it has an aftermarket wiring harness. I find the window switch
to be opposite of what is expected, ie, pushing the switch down makes the window go up and pushing
the switch up makes the window go down.
Oddly, this was also how it worked in my previously owned S3 fhc and I simply rotated the switch
180 degrees.
The wiring diagram shows a brown/red, brown/green, white and black wires going to the switch. The
harness has a green, red, white and black wires so I'm **assuming** I can switch the red and green
wires to reverse the action. Would this be true?
