Hi all
Every so often, my horn triggers intermittently. It can be when it is just standing or if I go over bumps.
Any suggestions for a fix??

It's probably the underside of the steering wheel contacting the column shroud. The inner steering column shaft is in two parts with a clamp holding them together, this forms a sliding joint which is designed to collapse in the event of a front end impact and limit the intrusion of the steering wheel into the cockpit, it also provides some adjustment of the steering wheel height.
The clamp is at the base of the outer column in the driver's footwell, loosen the clamp, pull up the steering wheel so the underside is clear of the column shroud and retighten the clamp.
Edit:
Just realised you have a Plus 2 which used different steering columns over time. The above comments refer to the Triumph column so may not be applicable to your car.

As Roger suggests.
I had this on my Sprint its a common problem with the horn sounding when turning.
The universal joint connecting the column to the steering rack loosens slightly allowing small movement in the column which is enough to make things earth

I bet the above reply from oldelanman is spot on, as the steering wheels horn buttons follow the same operating principle on various cars: on my street '68 Fed S4se, during track days I occasionnally tend to push on the steering wheel, which then slides down along the shaft and if to the point of the hub touching the top of the steering column this then closes the horn circuit...
For now I just undo a horn wire plug for track days (planning to retire this car from track days when I eventually build myself a GTS S2...).

If a Triumph column check the bridging wire across the UJ is ok. It should attach to the chassis
