washer pump and more snags

Greetings,
I recently acquired a lotus elan coupe 1966 and there is a few minor snags...
-No washer pump, bottle or knob. Any suggestion as to where I could get those parts? Also, how can I access the section where the nozzle are, to pass the tubes?
-There's a switch that does nothing and could be the ventilation. These car has 1 speed fan?
-The heater may be missing as well.
-I'm I supposed to have a parking brake?
-And, another thing, one of the window does not want to go up...
-There's a big gap between the body and the chrome window trim. Is it supposed to be like this or I'm missing some weather stripping?
Anyway, where can I find electric diagrams for this model? Any maintenance manual that I should buy?
thanks a lot!

Welcome to the forum. It's best to break out your issues one at a time and present them in
the various sub topic areas. To answer a few:
Yes, your car came with a parking brake.
One speed fan controlled by a simple on/off toggle switch. Mine didn't do anything at first
either until I wiggled it. I eventually replaced the switch. Not easy as the dash needs to be
pulled back.

There's a fair number of us Canucks on the forum. If you are comfortable sharing where you are in Canada you will likely find someone local that can meet up and help you out.
Rdent.com has parts manuals online. They will give you a general idea of what goes where.

Parking brake handle is under the dash. Look for an umbrella handle sort of thing. Pull out to engage, twist and push in to disengage.
