Cigar lighter position

Hi
Can anyone tell me the measurement from the radio aperture for the cigar lighter on a S3 dash please, I could guess but I don't want to take a chance in case its hits on something when fitted.
Any help would be most appreciated.

Probably the rule.....its a family heirloom passed down from my father....I hope it will become worth more then my cars one day :lol:
