Another gearbox oil question

Hi All

Another question on gearbox oil

I was given a bottle of Redline MT90 GL4 gear oil and was wondering if this would be ok in the Elan 2000e box
I know the box should have an 80 based oil of gl4 rating but will it be ok.

Your thoughts please

Redline MTL is the correct specification and will give a slightly better change especially when cold but MT90 will work OK

I use MTL in the S4 and Millers CRX 75 110 NT+ in the race box.
I used MT 90 in the exige box.

I've used MTL in my street Elan for years and it corrected a slow upshift into 2nd . I'll use it in the Coupe I hope to finish this winter.
