Gearbox mount

Good evening,
My car (a +2) has two disc spacers or washers about 8mm thick (from memory) sandwiched between the underside of the rear gearbox mount and the removable chassis cross member. I cannot find any reference to them in the workshop manual. Have they been added by a previous owner or original?

They belong there. They are item number 8 in the chassis section (AA).
