Help - location of JPS +2 registration no. SAC 360M

Does anyone know the contact details of an Elan +2 owner by the name of Steven Gormley?

I have been trying to get in touch with him as his car was until recently advertised for sale on a couple of web site. Unfortunately he has not replied to any of my enquiries. The car is a JPS model, reg SAC 360M and is currently MOT?ed but not taxed. Additional info is that he has owner the car for the past 30 years so he may have been involved with the UK Lotus Club scene at some time.
