Terry, sing up mate, I cant HEAR you.

John, great to meet you the other week, enjoyed the chat. I get the car over the pit on a very regular basis, and pull the car over my head to observe the donuts whilst they are rotating, looking for any nasties in that department. That way, I hope to eliminate any slaps on the back. My job offer still stands at any time, by the way.

All the best,

Clonkin on heavens door
Just like a Clonkin
The times , they are a clonkin
Clonkin in the wind

and who could forget
Don't think twice , its all clonkin!

PS I don't have a clonk as such!

I have a set of CV joins and adapter plates. Can anyone tell me what the length of the cv joint axle is? Does anyone have a set from TTR or Sue Miller that is not yet assembled ad can giv me an axle length? This is not for a Plus 2. It is for a regular Elan. Thank you very much,

Famous Frank

Thanks I'd be keen to know this too....however the ideal length of axle will be dependent on the thickness of the adaptor plates, yes? I've been told 295mm for a 14mm plate.
