Think Automotive will make a hose for you, whatever length and with whatever fittings you need. You will probably want a swivel at one end, so you can tighten the fitting and not rotate the hose.
Or just buy a length of teflon, stainless braid reinforced hose from them plus the end fittings and make it yourself. Not hard!
