Diff top up plug washer

None of the usual suppliers can supply the large fibre washer for the diff top up plug [1973 Elan Sprint]. Steve at SJ Sportscars says it is a Lotus only part that is not available at present.

Anyone know of a supplier or got a spare? There are fibre washer suppliers on the net who will make to measure but minimum of 25 per order - suppose I could EBay the extra 24!!

Sorted! Just been to the local plumbing shop - 10p for a suitable washer - cheapest part of the rebuild so far.

I was about to suggest going to the plumbers!

Don't tell Steve at SJ, he'll be buying them up and selling for ?3.50 each!!!!! :twisted:
