Best place to buy rotoflex couplings?

Probably no difference at all. I recently read a mention (but can't find it again) that the early Lotus rotoflexes (the ones without the intermediate metal plates) were changed for uprated Hillman ones by Lotus on cars after .... (1968 ?) The uprated ones are 'stiffer' having the intermediate metal plates half-way between the bolts.

The interleaved couplings were introduced at Chassis No. 8930 which was late 1968 or early 1969 I believe and here
are a couple of old Club Lotus sheets regarding the couplings.....ignore the prices as those days have long gone :lol:
