Engine,gearbox,finaldrive - How Much?

Hi,

I'm considering a Zetec conversion for my +2. The procedure is quite expensive, so I'm trying to figure out what the "old parts" will get me.

The engine is a bigvalve (M block) with 90km behind.
The gearbox is the Lotus 5-speed (with 3rd gear syncro problems).

Any idea how much I could get if I sell what will not be used after the Zetec conversion?
