Ist the same gearbox for elan & +2?

I just saw on ebay usa a gearbox which look similar to mine.
This one was for a +2. Is it the same for the baby elan?
It ain ?t cheap. But it could allow a fast swap and avoid for my car to lay around for 2 or three weeks on the parking lot in front of some french garage....

Yes the Elan and Plus 2, 4 speed Ford gear box installations were the same.
