I thought other owners might be interested in this info- I recently advertised a 5 speed box on the forum and during the modification had cause to have a "special" 5th gear selector fork made.
This was done by a local firm who in fact made the funnels/portholes on the Titanic. Notwithstanding the usual jokes I can recommend the firm- reasonably quick turn round, fair prices, and more important exact copies of whatever!.
I've no connection to them but can recommend them if you are trying to have obscure parts re-made.
