Inertia Seatbelts In S3

I would think so. My '71 Sprint, Federal model, came with inertia belts. They were in poor operating order so I ordered a set of generic three points from Andover Supply. The 'box' that contains the belt reel and spring is bolted near the floor behind the masonite bulkhead behind the seats.
When I first received the belts, I took them apart to change out the male part of the buckle, so I can continue to use the original, female receiver stalk that comes with the car. As an aside, I changed out the female receiver stalk to an MGB type which is 2" longer. Works great with the seat all the way forward.
Hope this helps.
