Hood fixing panel

Hi hard to describe this part of body I’ll try. The rear panel that boot lid hinges fix to has the soft top fixing that also hold tray in position , On my elan this is very shallow, the holes to put the hood fixings in are very near the top and broken (Split ) the fibreglass , I would like to know the height of this bit please. I cannot remember the height of the area you are looking at (over 50 years since I worked on that part).
