Bulkhead holes

Hi. Does a right hand drive elan s4 have the left hand drive pedal holes stamped out and filled with black mastic with a fibre panel covering them as a left hand drive federal car has ? Len

My 68 S4 RHD, has the fibre panel cover on the LHD holes.
