Starlock washers

Hi

Does anyone know where in the UK I can get the Starlock washers used to hold the registration numbers on the grill. This is for an S4. I measured the stubs on the back of the numbers and they seem to be 5/32"

If you can use 4mm there are plenty on ebay.
