Any drainage holes Needed?

My body is off the chassis and was left in the rain overnight.
The nose section ahead of the engine bay has filled up with water.
Are there supposed to be any drainage holes there or does it just not happen when the car is complete?

Yes you need drainage. My car has a single drain hole in the centre at the lowest point.
