Vacuum unit

Wonder if anyone can help any ideas where to try for supplies of a vacuum unit tried a few but no luck hoping somebody has an idea where to get one

Tried them it is one in the pic I need but they have said they are like hens teeth
SJ have said possibly 3 month before back in stock

Why do you actually need one ?
Are you missing one, or has one of yours failed in some way ?
I recall one of mine failing due to a hole in the internal rubber diaphragm.
I pulled it apart and super glued a patch over the hole.
Still ok many years later.

I’ve just bought the car the outer unit has got got thick sealer round it and the diaphragm is burst Iwill see if I can take it apart

The sealer was probably a previous owner’s hopeful attempt at fixing it.
In my case I vaguely remember uncrimping the two halves with a pair of pliers, gluing the patch, then reversing the uncrimping with the same pair of pliers.
You’ll have to forgive my memory, it was about 35 years ago !

I’ve dismantled the unit looks like it’s been apart and welded before and diaphragm is cracked
