That looks like Medici Blue.
This was an original S1 option, but had no Lotus paint code. It was a Standard Triumph colour, ref 378TR.
Other references are:
Ditzler 12163 PPG: Powder Blue 12163;
Martin Senour: Powder Blue 25105;
ICI: Powder Blue 8013

Always thought it was called Wedgewood Blue by Lotus? Whether it was or wasn’t the Triumph colour is the one used on Gulf Oil sponsored Ford GT40’s and Porsche 917’s 1968-1971. If I do change the colour of my Elan from white when I eventually repaint this is first reserve.

Wedgewood Blue, also a Triumph colour, was not introduced until mid 1967 by Lotus for the Elan range.
